Giovanna Carta, Operations Project Manager
Giovanna is one of our most experienced project managers, specialising in catering mobilisations, refurbishments and management support. With an infectious enthusiasm she’s known for her ability to get things done and to step up to challenges.
Pete Redman, Chef Director
Pete leads our talented and inspiring craft development team who ensure our chefs consistently produce a memorable food experience. Pete is responsible for food innovation, training and other craft resources. His particular focus is on healthy and sustainable food created using the very best ingredients.
Daryll Young, Development Chef
Daryll is responsible for supporting and training food excellence. He leads by example encouraging his chefs to be creative. His passion is modern cooking, high-end hospitality, and use of local, seasonal produce with minimal waste. Daryll’s expertise and experience are invaluable especially as his main priority since Covid is running our central production kitchen which provides our delivered’ in offer and virtual event boxes.
Miguel Camara, Coffee Brands Manager
Miguel is responsible for specialist coffee and tea sourcing, branding, quality, training and resourcing. Miguel’s passion for coffee and customer engagement combined with his creative and proactive nature led him to develop our ‘Coffee cart pop ups’ and our ‘Virtual coffee pop up’.
Raouf Mansour, Pop-up Development Chef
Raouf is our dedicated pop-up development chef. Raouf designs and develops all our exciting pop-up concepts and menus. His food and enthusiasm WOWs customers every time. For teams working from home, he has adapted his concept to include a virtual cook-a-long session to promote ‘health & wellbeing’.
